Common
questions

Do I need a referral?

No. You can refer yourself, or your GP, care partner or provider can refer you. Either way, you can book online in a couple of minutes.

Can my Support at Home package or CHSP cover this?

We support Support at Home, STRC and CHSP recipients, as well as DVA, NDIS, Medicare and private clients. The booking form checks what applies to you before you choose a time.

What happens at my first appointment?

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist talks with you about your health and goals, then assesses your strength, balance and mobility. You leave with a plan made for you.

Is it safe if I have a health condition?

Yes. Exercise physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in safe exercise for chronic conditions, injuries and older bodies.

Do I have to come to the clinic?

No. If getting to the clinic is hard, we can visit you at home or see you by telehealth.
